TRANSFERTransfer is a propaganda technique by which the propagandist tries to persuade by using something or someone people generally respect. In the poster above, Jesus is shown saying, “Coca Cola: This is my blood,” and “McDonald's: This is my body,”. These phrases are parallel to what Jesus said on his "Last Supper", which is a important event for Christians. On that day, it is claimed that Jesus held up a glass of wine and said the wine was his blood. He also held up a piece of bread and said that it was his body. A large population of the world, which is in fact 32% of the world are Christians will probably get a religious appeal to this poster. It's also difficult for the rest of the world to go against this message of the poster because Jesus is such a widely-respected figure. The fact that whoever made this poster connected the highly religious figure Jesus to food and drinks makes them seem like they're sacred. However, everyone knows that a bottle of coke and McDonald's burger aren't sacred at all.
