BAD LOGICAnalysis: Bad logic is a logical fallacy that doesn’t have a well-reasoned process of drawing conclusions. What it means is that a statement can’t be a fact by itself, but it has to have a correct reasoning behind it. When the statement doesn’t have it, then it’s considered as a logical fallacy. The poster above is an example of a propaganda with bad logic. On the poster, a woman is shown shouting, “McDonald’s made my children fat!”. It’s true that McDonald’s meals are the food that resulted her children to become fat. However, the real reason why the lady’s children got fat is because she let her eat the McDonald’s food in the first place. She shouldn’t blame her problem on McDonald’s, but her bad parenting. Therefore, the reason for why the woman’s children got fat is an example of bad logic.
